Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RE Digital ("the Platform"), operated by Tmatt Technology Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.

Use of the Platform

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts to use the Platform.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Scrape, data-mine, or harvest data without permission

Subscription and Payments

Fees

Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance. Setup fees are one-time charges due upon contract signing.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

Refunds

Setup fees are non-refundable. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once billed.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' notice. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

Data Ownership and Export

You retain all rights to your data. We provide data export functionality, and upon cancellation, we will provide a complete export of your data in standard formats (CSV/JSON).

Service Level Agreement

We guarantee 99.9% uptime (excluding scheduled maintenance). If we fail to meet this SLA in any given month, you may be eligible for service credits.

Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tmatt Technology Pty Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tmatt Technology Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tmatt Technology Pty Ltd from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
